Challenge

Bluescope’s Colorbond need to connect to the decision makers on large scale steel projects like factories, residential real estate and other major projects. This has always been a very human process of relationship building and maintainance. Bluescope wanted to utilize the digital shift and latest Data Analytics and AI to streamline and scale this proces up.

We set out to attract high level business leaders to our content hub – the Bond Club – and measure their engagement to help Colorbond identify the highest potential leads for their sales team to approach the right prospects at the right time.

 

Results

We successfully attracted over 5,000 Bond Club members of whom we can measure relevance and engagement levels to consider them Diamond, Gold and Platinum level AND set the sales and marketing strategy to each group accordingly. We’ve also been nominated for the finals of the 2019 MMA Smarties Awards with the results coming out on October 25th!
