Senior Salesperson

We’re looking for a candidate with sales and client relationship building skills, a great teamwork attitude and strong project management ability.

Job description:

  • Work closely with internal Bluesummit teams: Performance Optimization, Client Account Service and Management to grow our performance marketing business.
  • Develop ongoing revenue and profit targets connected to realistic strategies to achieve these plans.
  • Build a pipeline of clients to connect with Bluesummit’s core services.
  • Provide insight and feedback to design and develop our performance marketing services to fit key client categories and propose these services to the market. Work with execution teams to provide the most relevant and attractive service offers to clients.
  • Develop and lead a new sales team that can actively take our performance marketing services out to relevant potential clients and help demonstrate how we can offer ideal solutions to their marketing challenges.
  • Follow progress with campaign management teams to make sure our high performance and commitments are always delivered.
  • Create insightful, relevant and ultimately successful proposals to clients from campaign challenge, ideas, costings and execution plans.

Requirements:

  • 3 or more years experience in a Sales and Account Management role.
  • Preferable, 2+ experience in similar role in Digital Performance Marketing.
  • Experience in client relationship management in Advertising/Marketing industry.
  • Solid understanding of digital advertising practices including major platforms like Facebook, Google, Youtube and local ad networks.
  • High level of demonstrated sales skills based actual success stories achieved.
  • Excellent written and verbal presentation skills and proficiency in typical office working software (powerpoint, excel, etc).

Account Executive

Our account team are the glue that connects our amazing clients to our market leading optimization experts. You’ll follow campaigns every step of the way ensuring we continue to achieve successful outcomes for all our clients.

Job description:

  • Work with account team and independently to build new client opportunities. Identify, develop and maintain relationships with suitable potential clients..
  • Follow monthly revenue and profit targets.
  • Follow progress with campaign management team to make sure our high performance and commitments are always delivered.
  • Manage amongst teams when required to deliver on and exceed campaign KPIs.
  • Create insightful, relevant and ultimately successful proposals to clients from campaign challenge, ideas, costings and execution plans.

  • Preferable, 1+ experience in similar role in Digital Performance Marketing.
  • Experience in client relationship development in Advertising/Marketing industry.

Performance Campaign Manager

Our Optimization team is where the magic happens – we constantly strive to exceed client expectations with every single campaign. Working with our team means you’re working with the best and will uphold our exceptional standards of digital marketing efficiency.

Job Description:

  • Responsible for planning, management & optimize campaigns across all digital channels: Search, Social, Display and Video.
  • Daily optimize performance towards KPIs, analyze data and market trends.
  • Set up performance tracking & utilizing research tools and analyzing databases from variety of traffic sources.
  • Deep optimization competencies on Google and Facebook Ad platforms.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media or
  • At least 1 year experience in performance marketing and campaign management.
  • Advanced optimization skills & strong understanding of digital platforms (Facebook, Google, YouTube, Zalo, Cốc Cốc,..).
  • Be proficient at analyzing data, building reporting and making strategic recommendations based on data and trends.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work to tight deadlines.
  • Good organizational and communication skills in Vietnamese and English.
  • Facebook Blueprint & Google Certifications is an advantage.
  • Strong desire to succeed & a pro-active approach to your work.
  • Creative problem solver, professional, honest & a good team player.
